These terms govern your use of the Mangai Signature website and any purchase you make with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

All products sold are imitation (fashion) jewellery. Colours and finish may vary marginally from what you see on screen, due to photography, display settings and light editing of our images.

Some images are styled or enhanced with the help of AI — including model shots created to show how a piece may be worn. These are for illustration only; the jewellery you receive is the genuine product photographed by us, and may differ slightly in styling and presentation from such images.

If you're ever in doubt about how a piece really looks, do check our social media handles for live videos of the actual product, or simply message us on WhatsApp at +91 93648 77147 and we'll gladly share fresh photos for your confidence.

To place an order you'll need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian order for you. When you order, you confirm that the details you share with us — your name, address, phone and email — are accurate and your own.

If you create an account with us, please keep your login to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under it. Do let us know straight away if you ever feel someone else has access to your account.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are accepted via Razorpay, including UPI, cards and netbanking — we never store your card or banking details.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy, which we accept once we've confirmed it and received your payment. Now and then we may need to decline or limit an order — say, if an item has just sold out or a listing looks incorrect — but we'll always reach out to you if that happens.

Orders are subject to product availability. In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, or if a product goes out of stock after you order, we'll contact you before proceeding, and cancel and refund the order if needed.

All content on this website — including product photography, text and the Mangai Signature name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We ask that you use our website lawfully and in good faith — please don't copy or scrape our content, misuse the site, or do anything that disrupts it for other shoppers. Our jewellery is sold for your personal use, not for commercial resale.

We put real care into every piece and into getting your order safely to you. That said, a few things — like courier delays or slight variations in colour and finish — sit outside our full control. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we can't be held liable for indirect or incidental losses. None of this takes away the rights you have under India's consumer protection laws.

As our little brand grows, we may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always lives on this page, and by continuing to shop with us after a change, you're accepting the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
